  • Most orders ship within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Excluding Weekends and Holidays.
  • Rush orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3Day) received on Friday may not ship until Monday.

Return Policy

  • 30 Day satisfaction guarantee. If not happy with your frame for any reason return the unused, undamaged frame it at your expense within 30 days of order date and we will refund the price of the product.

Limited One Year Warranty

  • EZ Frame Company guarantees its products to be free from defective material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of sale. We will replace defective parts and/or repair malfunctioning products under this warranty when the defect occurs under normal installation and use and within the stress limits documented in the product instructions. To request warranty support the customer will return product at customer expense to EZ Frame Company via pre-paid transportation with a copy of proof of purchase (i.e., sales receipt). Upon verification of warranty, EZ Frame Company will — at its option — repair or replace the malfunctioning components or product and return it to the customer freight prepaid. If the product is not under warranty, the customer may have EZ Frame repair the product on a fee basis or return it at the customer’s expense. This warranty is voided if the customer uses the product in an improper way, or in an environment for which it was not designed as determined at the discretion of the EZ Frame Company.
