Falun Dafa (also called Falun Dafa) is an ancient cultivation way for improving mind and body. The practice’s most visible aspects are its five gentle exercises, including a meditation, which are highly effective ways to improve health and energy. Falun Gong practitioners also study spiritual teachings, taking them as a guide for daily life. At the core of these teachings are the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
